Why do we do that?

We take the greatest care to offer quality products only. If a product does not meet our quality standards, we won't include it in our catalogue, no matter the price or popularity. Our quality control service ensures the best possible products for you. Therefore we dare to extend the manufacturers' warranty to three years.

What are the exceptions?

We can not accept returns on non-durable items such as drumsticks, batteries, and consumables. We only cover signs of wear if they occurred despite appropriate care and maintenance. We can't be held responsible for inappropriate care or bad drum technique ;-) Bashing cymbals like a gorilla is obviously own risk.

For perishable items as well as products whose manufacturers offer a warranty period longer than 3 years, the manufacturers' warranty is still valid.

What if my product is broken?

Before you return the item please contact us. You usually won't need any papers as we can search your purchase in our systems, however, providing us with an invoice number or customer number helps to speed up the process considerably. After contacting us we can advise you on the next possible step.

What happens next?

We will inspect the product to determine if repair is possible. If so, we will repair the product and return it to you. If the product is damaged beyond repair, we will exchange it for a new product. If the same model is no longer available we will offer you an alternative product in the same price range or refund the full amount you paid.

How about my implied warranty?
